(2) The high and middle-dose groups of San Wu Huang Qin granule can notably suppress acute auricular swelling in small mice caused by dimethylbenzene. There is a significantly effect being compared with the model group (P<0.05). (3) San Wu Huang Qin granule can increase the local threshold of itchness in guinea pig especially significantly in the high and middle-dose groups (P<0.01). (4) San Wu Huang Qin granule has obviously effect on bacteriostatic experiment in vitro. (5)The high-dose group of San Wu Huang Qin granule can increase urinary quantity, especially being given medicine in 2~3 hours (P<0.05).The research of San Wu Huang Qin granule in main pharmacodynamics experimental can provide clinical evidence for effectively being treated acute eczema.
