Three Bend Xiong Ting Mixture In Treating Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Secondary To Hypoxic Pulmonary Hypertension, Acute Exacerbation Of Clinical Research

Objective To explore the clinical effectiveness and part therapeuticmechanism of Sanaoxiongtingheji decoction, a representative prescriptionof Xuanfeiqutanzuyu therapy, for treatment of Hypoxia pulmonaryhypertension (HPH) caused by Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) in acute stage.Method 60 cases of patients with HPH in acute stage were divided randomly into treatment group and control group All. the cases were treated with suck oxygen, Levofloxacin Injection, Aminophyline and Bromhexine tablet for 14 days. In additional, the 30 cases in treatment group were treated with Sanaoxiongtingheji decoction, while the other cases in control group were treated with Nifedipine Slow-release Tablets. Symptom and signs were measured and recorded every day and the related items were measured before and after treatment.Result The clinical controlled and remarkably effective rate in treatment group is 66.7%, which is same with that in controls group...
