By the algorithm of FDTD (Finite-Difference Time-Domain), the field intensity and SAR of person head are calculated in detail. It is not only the most important problem of electromagnetic dose science, but also one problem which people are fairly concerned about. The research about the radicalization especially takes on the significance in theory and practice.By using the algorithm of Finite-Difference Time-Domain, and using the electromagnetic model of mobile telephone and people's electromagnetic model, the distribution of SAR of people's head in near field intensity in the antenna of mobile telephone which is exposed in 900 MHz in the SAR's peak value and average value is calculated. Compared with the Chinese and international criterions, the results have been analyzed.The article mainly figures out the SAR distribution and field intensity distribution. Thereinafter, several problems will be analyzed: First, the model about mono-pole of cell phone is set up. Second, by Photoshop dealing with Magnetic Resonance Image, by the person's model analysis, the heterogeneous electromagnetic model of people's head about differentiations ratio of 0.33cm is set up. Third, the software in order to calculate SAR and field intensity about FDTD has been programmed. The boundary within absorbed interface is made use of Mur absorbed conditions of second order; the boundary on the edge is made use of Mur absorbed conditions of one order. In the end, the field intensity and SAR is calculated when the mobile telephone is located in different positions. The calculated results make clear: the maximum appear in some layer on the verge of driving source and the difference of local SAR is diverse in the extreme. When the distance between the antenna the mobile telephone and person's head is 1.0cm, the local SAR is accorded with the IEEEC 95.1- 1992 stipulates. But when the distance is 4.0 cm, the local SAR has fairly little.It can't be harm to people's health. Fourth, through measuring the field of mobile telephone, measuring value is compared with the value of theory.
