By using the algorithm of FDTD (Finite-Difference Time-Domain) method, the field intensity and SAR caused by the 900 MHz exposed electromagnetic radiation are calculated based on the sensitive organs model such as the person's eyes model, the eyes model with glasses of metal frame and person's heart model. The simulations are important in the electromagnetic dose field. It is also practical, because more and more people are concerning about the effects of the electromagnetic radiation from the mobile phone on the health of the human beings. At first, in my computing, the suitable boundary conditions and the meshed cell are defined for better performance by using FDTD.Second, some models such as the monopole of cell phone as well as the eyes model and the heart model are set up.Third, the distribution of SAR and the electrical field intensity are simulated based on these models. It is concluded that more nearer are the organs to the driving source, more stronger is the electrical field intensity. SAR has the same trend as that of the electric field intensity. The maximum value of the SAR based on the eyes model with the glasses of the metal framework is greater than that based on the eyes model without glasses, greater than nearly 2 times so that the SAR in this case is over the IEEE C95 safe standard. It is also concluded that the radiation of the cell-phone putting near to the heart is much weaker than that of the head model, because the electrical properties of the heart are different to that of the human's head so that the SAR is lower than the IEEE C95 safe standard.
