Myofascial Pain Syndrome And Its Research Profile,

Myofascial pain syndrom(MPS) is a common clinical disease. The main clinical features of MPS is chronic pain which comes form soft-tissue with one or more trigger points(Trp).This dissertation relating to MPS and it' s research progress is composed of tow parts. The first part deals with it' s definition, epidemiology, foundation of anatomy, pathogenesis research, diagnosis, treatment and therapy of TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine). Above all, pathogenesis research and therapy of TCM is introduced especially. And view shows the latest related literature and discusses shortcomings and research tendency.The second part, the dissertation brefly introduces Professor Zeng Yilin's special and long-term clinical experience pf treating MPS by Chinese herbs and his owen opinions on the disease though TCM differentiation.
