Professor Wen Qinghan's Research On The Academic Experience Of Treating Physical Pain With Special Massage Combined With Prescription

Objective:Contemporary famous old Chinese medicine academic thoughts and clinical experience are the treasures of the study and inheritance of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).They devoted their life to the study of the theory of the TCM and clinical practice.They put theory into practice in the clinic.And they have formed their own unique academic views and accumulated rich clinical experience through decades of unremitting research and exploration.By summarizing professor Wen Qinghan's academic thoughts and clinical experience in the treatment ofphysical pain,this study aims to enrich the clinical thoughts and treatment methods of TCM in the treatment of physical pain and promote the academic development of TCM and further cultivate high-level talents of TCM.Methods:I have learned from professor Wen's successor,associate professor Fan Yun.And I have learned the classic works of TCM advocated by professor Wen,such as ?Shanghan Zabing Lun?,?Yixue Zhongzhong Canxi Lu? and professor Wen's medical cases,academicpapers and works.I have taken an active part in special lectures.I learned professor Wen treatment of physical pain commonly used massage techniques and formulas through the above methods.In addition,this paper summarized and refined professor Wen's academic thoughts and clinical experience in the treatment of physical pain from the aspects of etiology,pathogenesis,massage therapy and TCM therapy.Results:Through clinical learning and literature research,this paper discusses professor Wen Qinghan's understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of physical pain,massage treatment,TCM treatment and so on in detail.Its understanding of etiology and pathogenesis mainly includes The invasion of exogenous factors,blocking the channels and collaterals;Deficiency of Qi and deficiency of meridians;Fall injury,blood stasis meridian;Zangfu deficiency,dysfunction;Muscle and bone dislocation cause pain;Overwork and too much ease,improper diet,etc.In the treatment,massage combined with TCM therapy for treatment,the treatment of massage,mainly divided into two parts,including neck,shoulder and arm pain massage treatment and back,waist and leg pain massage treatment.And professor Wenclinical characteristics of the manipulation were discussed and analyzed in detail.In the discussion of TCM therapy,professor Wen's commonly used prescriptions were mainly selected for analysis,including the compatibility characteristics and addition and subtraction of prescriptions,such as Huoluoxiaoling Dan,Duhuojisheng Tang,Huangqiguizhiwuwu Tang,Gegen Tang,etc.Through the analysis of the above contents,the academic experience of professor Wen in the treatment of physical pain issummarized as follows: 1.In the aspect of massage,its manipulation features are mainly light and soft,with emphasis on penetration;Based on clinical,innovative approach;Massage Along the meridians,pay attention to the whole;Due to the appropriate conditions,Take different strengths.The academic experience of massage mainly emphasizes the whole and attaches importance to the thoracic vertebra.Four diagnosis combined,pay attention to palpation;Rectified dislocation,Ease the pain;Chinese and western complementary,clear diagnosis;Rehabilitation exercise,combined with treatment and maintenance.2.In the aspect of TCM therapy,the academic experience of treating physical pain with formulas mainly includes making good use of the guide drugs into the disease area;Pay attention to compatibility,use the Pairs of medicine;Prefer to use crude drugs;Good use of insect medicines;Attach importance to modern pharmacological research;Attach importance to the application of existing prescription;Treatment of physical pain,consider Zangfu.Conclusion:Professor Wen has devoted himself to the cause of TCM all his life.His nearly 50 years of teaching and clinical practice have endowed him with profound theoretical basis of TCM and accumulated rich clinical experience.He is good at treating physical pain with massage combined with TCM therapy.Professor Wen's academic experience in the treatment of physical pain is also a precious treasure of our study and inheritance of TCM,and a beacon for our study of TCM,which is worthy of our study,inheritance and development.
