Study Of Professor Liu Yujie’s Hebal Administration Experience For Chest Pain

Objectives To study the composing experience of Professor Liu Yujie for chest pain by TCM inheritance support system, make a contribution to the inheritance of masters of Chinese medicine.Methods The prescriptions are collected from September 2012 to February 2015 which given by Professor Liu used for chest pain,then enter the data into the TCM inheritance support system(V2.0),frequency and association of drugs were analyzed by using the data mining methods of the software integration,such as revised mutual information,complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical cluster.Results Based on the analysis of 300 cases of prescriptions,151 flavor drug were used in the consilia,drugs used most frequently are danshen,hehuanpi,yujin,fuling,fu shen,yuanzhi,shichangpu,zhigancao,longgu,muli,etc. By analysis of association rules,th e commonly used drug combinations are danshen and hehuanpi;hehuanpi and yujin;d anshen and yujin;danshen,hehuanpi and yujin;yuanzhi and fushen;shichangpu,yuanzhi and fushen;shichangpu and hehuanpi;etc.By analysis of revised mutual information method, 52 drug collocation correlative coefficients are more than 0.04.such as dang gui and chenpi,zhuru and huanglian,danggui and baizhu,zhiqiao,etc.By analysis of un supervised hier of entropy clustering level,18 core combinations is mined from the database.such as zhuru,baishao and shanyurou;zhuru,dangshen and chaihu,etc.By anal ysis of unsupervised hier of entropy clustering level,9 new prescriptions are mined from the database.such as huangqi,qingpi,yujin and ezhu;baishao,zhiqiao,chenpi and b anxia,etc.Conclusions Based on the analysis of Professor Liu Yujie in chest pain treatment,found she pay attention to phlegm,blood stasis and treatment from liver,spleen and heart.On the basis of syndrome and differentiation and treatment,she like use danshen,yujin,hehuanpi,etc.
