Experimental Research And Mechanism Of The Pharmacodynamics Eczema Treatment Of Eczema Granule

Objective:Shizhen xiao Granule has the function of clearing away heat and cooling Blood,eliminating dampness and stopping itching.Linical for the treatment of eczema are there anti-inflammatory,antipruritic,regulating immune function role of pharmacology.And to investigate the mechanism of the treatment of eczema.To determine the half lethal dose of Shizhen xiao Granule in mice,in order to provide reference to clinical drug safety.Methods:To measure maximal tolerance of experimental mice to Shizhen xiao Granule.To observe the effects of Shizhen xiao Granule on itching threshold value with histamine in guinea pigs.Built the animal model of anti-inflammatory effect coused by dimethylbenzene.To observe the ear swelling.Used mouse models of DNCB to make animal model of TypeⅣallerge.To investigate the effect on Shizhen xiaoGranule,probe into its fuction of anti-inflammatory,anti-allergy and antipruritic.Used passive cutaneous anaphylaxis(PCA) to make animal model of TypeⅠallerge.And to investigate the mechanism of the treatment of eczema.Results:Acute toxicity text showed that maximal tolerance of experimen tal mice to Shizhen xiao Granule was 105.6g/kg/day.It was 61.04 times as the dose in people.It was high dose in mice(105.6g/kg/day) 3.36 times in pharmacodynamices experiment.The pharmacodynamic results show:the groups of Shizhen xiao Granule can notably suppress acute auricular swelling in mouse caused by dimethylbenzene.The groups of Shizhen xiso Granule can suppress ear swellings of mouse in TypeⅣallerge caused by DNCB.The groups of Shizhen xiao Granule improve the itch threshold of guinea pigs prove Shizhen xiao Granule had the effect of anti-phosphoric acid histamine.The groups of Shizhen xiao Granule suppress TypeⅠallerge reaction and the content of serum IgE. The groups of Shizhen xiao Granule can inhibit the degranulation of mastocyte,but they have a weak fuction. Conclusion:Shizhen xiao Granule has the notable function of reliving inflammation and pain and stopping itching as well as anti-delayed allergy reation.
