Objective:The climacteric is the transitional period of a woman from bearing to aged-ness. During this period, ovarian atrophy and dysfunction gradually, that excretion of estradiol(E2) decreased markedly. As result, the hypothalamus-pituitary ovarian axis balance was broken down. Part of women in this period can not adapt to this change and may have many unhappy feelings.such as hot, flashes, nervousness, depression irritability, insomnia and so on, namely the Climacteric Syndrome. Chinese medicine thinks that kidney deficiency is the most main reason of climacteric syndrome, In addition liver-yin deficiency,so liver and kidney deficiency is the most main reason. Finally,the yin-yang of organism shown as out-of-balance.Than bu-shen soup constitute to tu-si-zi and ci-can-e,It benifits to liver and kidney,balancing yin-yang and so on.The modern pharmacology experiment indicate:tu-si-zi and ci-can-e can adjust hormone and endocrine system, adjusting organism immune function. Reducing fat of blood,protecting liver and modulating kidney function so on.In view of my teacher applied tu-si-zi and ci-can-e derived better effection from treated climacteric syndrome. This subject will discuss the effection of bu-shen soup to female rat of removed their ovaries,at the same time, searching out other medicine function of bu-shen soup.In search of better effection and simplicity Chinese medicine to treat climacteric syndrome.Method:? 6 female SD rats of adult and un-pregnant(body weight 250²90g), 66 rats were selected randomly and removed their ovaries, and divided six groups (model group, diethylstibestrol (DES) group,soy isoflavone group.height dose group of bu-shen soup .middle dose group of bu-shen soupjow dose group of bu-shen soup). 10 rats remained are sham operated group. After model finished.every group carry out corresponding treatment.After treatment 45 days,we measured E2,P,FSH and LH of blood, checking their skin cells,picking their uteruses,renal glands and chest glands.Finially,we measured TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C of blood.Result: I. Hormone of removed ovaries rats take place transformation. E2 and P of model group changed lower than that of sham operated group,FSH of blood changed higher,LH of blood no transformation.After treatment 45 days,E2 of bu-shen soup group notability upswing, P,FSH and LH didn't notability change.2.Skin cells of rats take place transformation:skin cell of model rat group notabilitydecreased,skin cell of bu-shen soup group increased:3. Gut of rats take place transformation: uteruses weight of model rats decreased, renal glands weight of model rats decreased yet. After bu-shen soup treat-ment, uteruses and renal glands weight of bu-shen soup groups increased.4.Image of uteruses give rise to transformation: uteruses membrane of model rats became thinner than that of sham operated group.uteruses membrane of bu-shen soup group became thickness.5.Fat of blood take place transformation:TC,TG and LDL-C of model group increased,HDL-C of model rats blood don't notability transformation.after bu-shen soup treat —ment, TC of blood notability decreased,HDL-C of blood increased.Conclusion: In a words, E₂P of model rats decreased; FSH of blood increased,LH don't notability change.Bu-shen soup can increase E2 of rats' blood.Decreasing FSH;Increasing skin cell of rats; Fatting uteruses membrane; Improving gut of rats .Strengthening immunity function;Decreasing fat of blood;Treating Cardiovas —cular disease;From integration adjusting gonad-axis, emboding the advantage that traditional Chinese medicine cure the disease.
