| Purpose:Traditional Chinese medicine thinks the deficiency of yang means organism yang leans towards and declines,healthy tendency is insufficient, the negative and positive lacks proper care, thus the pathology state that a series of functions decline,the supersession weaken appears .The findings in the past 20 years,one of the main inherent essence characteristics of the deficiency of yang ,is that an organism immune system function is low or disorderly. The immune function of the organism is coordinated and finished with two major parts of body, fluid immunity together by cell's immunity mainly.The ratio of CD4+/CD8+ whice is to represent meaning T lymphocyte groups and the level of Interleukin-2 (IL-2) whice is significance in body fluid immunity is an important index which reflects the organism immune system function state.At present ,people concentrate on the experiment research of preventing and curing the low or disorderly kind of diseases of immune system function by traditional Chinese medicine treatments in such aspects as acupuncture and moxibustion, traditional Chinese medicine,prescription domestic, but the scientific research about massage is still at the starting stage in this respect. Yet a large amount of clinical observation shows that preventing and curing the low or disorderly kind of diseases of immune system function by massage treatment has good actual effect and gladly to be accepted and receive the popular welcome by patients.Thus it will have very great development potentiality. So, it is important to strengthen the basic immunology research of preventing and curing this kind of disease by massage treatment and show particularly more cost-effective manner, its research results will contribute to guiding the clinical practice better. The purpose of this subject that carry out by oneself-made small-scale animal used as test special-purpose machinery massage therapentic instrument simulation Chinese medicine massage vibration tactics whice stimulate the piont of Zusanli and Shenshu in the deficiency of model mouse is to observe the influence chang on the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ in periphery blood T lymphocyte groups and the level of cell factor IL-2 ,and discuss the mechanism of regulating the immune system function by the massage treatment preliminarily.The result will offer scientific experiment basis and theoretical direction for using the massage treatment to prevent and cure clinically the deficiency of yang with the main inherent essence characteristic disorderlily .Methods:It is an experimental subject to select the SPF grade Wister big mouse for used,aged of 6-7 weeks,weighted 230-280g,male and female and concurrently used, feeded in speration cages. Consulting documents, the mouses according to 3mg/100g weight standard , carried on AHP thigh intramuscular injection every day every one. It takes 5 days setting up the model of big mouse of deficiency of yang successfully . Then ,we divide the big mouses of model of deficiency of yang into three groups atrandom, 10 mouses every group equally, irritating through physiological saline clothes for groupA (every mouse irritated and taked physiological saline 2ml with syringe to their stomachs every day separately, 1 time a day), intramuscular injecting with HuangQi injectio for groupB (every mouse injected according to 1g/100g weight standard competent thigh muscle HuangQi injectio every day, 1 time a day), quantize massaging on the point of Zusanli and Shenshu for groupC (every mouse tested by oneself-made the massage therapentic instrument every day, 2 times a day, 10min each time on each piont) .The three kinds of methods carry on the experiment at the same time . After two weeks,we use FCM and ELISA law to observe the influence change on the ration of CD4+/CD8+ in periphery blood T lymphocyte groups and the level of IL-2 cell factor in groupB and groupC separately .compared with groupA.
