Efficacy Of Renal Capsule Treatment Of Chronic Glomerulonephritis (qi And Yin Deficiency, Blood Stasis)

Objective: in aid of the clinical experiment, to objectively evaluate the clinical effectiveness of ShengKeng capsule on treating chronic nephritis, and to provide foundation for clinical application.data and methods: We choose eligible cases according to the criterion of inclusion /exclusion, and distribute them into experiment group and contrast group according to randomization, blind methods .The data of the two group on age ,sex, the state and the course of the disease can all match.Be under the western medicine treatment, the experiment group take the shengkang capsule, the contrast group take the liuweidihuang pill. Observe the two group three consecutive months.Result: The 24-hour amount of protein in urine between the two groups has significant difference at the end of the first month ,the second month and the third month(p < 0.05;p < 0.01); but the overall curative effect, the curative effect on traditional Chinese medicine, the amount of red cell in the urine and symptom effect have no significant difference(p > 0.05) .Conclusion: The ShengKang capsule is effective on treating protein in urine of chronic nephritis.
