Analysis Of Curative Effect Of Zhenwu Decoction In The Treatment Of Yang Water Generic Chronic Glomerulonephritis

Objective: To explore the clinical curative effect of Zhenwu Decoction in the treatment of chronic nephritis of Yang water generic,in order to provide for the future treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis clinical treatment.Methods: According to the inclusion criteria from May 2015 to October 2016 in our hospital treatment of 60 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis,randomly assigned into the control group and the experimental group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine therapy,while patients in the experimental group on the basis of combined with Zhenwu Decoction in the treatment of detection.Changes of laboratory indexes and TCM syndrome before and after treatment in two groups of points,to evaluate the clinical effect.Results:(1)Treatment in experimental group,the total effective rate was 76.7%,63.3% in the control group,the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05);(2)The efficacy of TCM syndrome: the total effective rate was 90%,significantly higher than the control group 66.7%,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);(3)The improvement of symptoms: the treatment group in the treatment of edema,cold pain in the lumbar spine,aversion to cold,diarrhea symptoms than the control group(P < 0.05);(4)Laboratory index: quantitative 24 h urine protein in two groups after treatmentThe qualitative,urine red blood cell count and urinary protein were significantly improved compared with before treatment,the indicators of the improvement in the experimental group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);(5)Analysis of drug safety: two groups of patients through examination,liver function,blood routine,blood potassium were not significantly abnormal,not bad drug reaction.Conclusion: Zhenwu decoction is effective in treating chronic glomerulonephritis,can improve the clinical symptoms,reducing edema,cold pain in the lumbar spine,aversion to cold,diarrhea and other symptoms,improve the laboratory parameters,and no obvious adverse reaction,safe and reliable,has clinical value.
