With the development of INTERNET and increasing modern iatrical equipments, the service of hospital is extended. Hospital Information System (HIS) has being used by more and more modernistic hospitals. Consequently, studies about system which conformed Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) with present-day hospital information system have being experimented by plenty of scholars. Work-flow hospital information system (WFHIS), hospital information system adapt to work-flow environment, is recommended in this disquisition.Perfect hospital information system should satisfy integrated work flow. Under this hospital information system, large amount of picture information can be utilized by HIS and be exchanged without impediment in-system and ex-system. Based on the results of resent researches, in this study, the necessary and how to conform PACS with HIS are analyzed, the methods and advices to solve that problem be discussed. The standard and the methods of systems combined also be discussed. We made a new system model: Hospital Information System adapt on the idea of Work-Flow management. This model afford to standards of combined systems in Work-flow at hospital. Because of these standards it is becoming easy to choice the standard when the I/O of medical information system is designed. This model defined all those obscure problems used the idea of Work-Flow integration. Using this model, we can finish some works as follow: 1. Manage a mass of medical information (figure datum and image datum) exchanged completely through net; 2.The information be collected only once and be shared completely; 3.The medical images information be saved forever no-damaged and be propitious to the foundation of radiology without film.
