Detoxification And Collaterals After Treatment Of Hepatitis, Cirrhosis Clinical Studies

The thesis consists of two parts, summaries of literature reviews and clinical trial.The reviews consist of tow parts. The first review is about the modern western medicine research into cirrhosis from hepatitis in the most recent ten years; The second review is about the research of cirrhosis from hepatitis in Chinese medicine in the most recent ten years.The clinical study is aimed to detect the clinical treatment effect of detoxifying and dredging the channel on cirrhosis from hepatitis and detect the mechanisms for taking effect through observing the patients who have cirrhosis from hepatitis. According to the standard, we choose 40 patients who were divided into treatment group and control group randomly. There are 30 patients in the treatment group and 10 patients in the control group. The treatment period is 12 weeks. And the clinical symptoms, B ultrascan and experimental examinations results are evaluated before and after the treatment. The results: the overall effective rate on symptom improvement is: treatment group 60%, control group 60%; the overall improvement rate is treatment group 46.67%, control group20.00%. Conclusions: Decoction of Intenerate of liver and spleen has statistical significance in improving the patients of cirrhosis from hepatitis clinical symptoms and can improve liver functions, repair liver damage and thus enhance the patients' living quality.
