PurposerComparing with Dahuang Zhechong pills,To observe the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine medicinal broth Gexia Zhuyu Decoction Jiaweifang in the treatment of liver cirrhosis,(liver and spleen of stasis syndrome).After statistics analysis,obtain an objective evaluation about the clinical efficacy and security.Method:according to the method of contrasting randomly, In72cases of Hepatitis B liver cirrhosis (liver and spleen of stasis syndrome) patients, The average is divided into the treatment group(Gexia Zhuyu Decoction Jiaweifang),the control group(Dahuang Zhechong pills).The period of treatment is12weeks.Between the treatment group and the control group of patients,compared the changes in symptoms,signs,liver function indexes with before treatment and after6weeks treatment,the end of treatment.After the observation,all data in statistical analysis.Result:Comprehensive analysis of curative effectthe total effective rate of treatment group was86.2%and the control group total effectiveness is72.2%.The treatment group of total effectiveness were difference P<0.05in statistical analysis.There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the treatment of liver cirrhosis(liver and spleen of stasis syndrome).The effect in treatment group is better than that of control group.6weeks after the treatment,Compare the difference of the two group:TCM syndromes, liver function (ALT, AST, GGT), the index of liver fibrosis (HA,LN) of treatment group is significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).It is proved that the short-term curative effect of Gexia Zhuyu Decoction group is better than Dahuang Zhechong Pill group.At the end of treatment,comparison between the two groups:TCM syndromes,liver function (ALT, AST, GGT), the index of liver fibrosis (PCⅢ、Ⅳ-C), thickness of spleen of treatment group are better than in the control group P<0.05.there were significant differences in the total effect, that treatment group than control group.Within the group compared:there was significant difference that TCM syndrome,liver function (ALT, AST, GGT), the index of liver fibrosis, thickness of spleen, the diameter of portal vein, splenic vein diameter in the treatment group before and after treatment,P<0.05.And in the control group,TCM syndrome, liver function (ALT, AST, GGT), the index of liver fibrosis, thickness of spleen, the diameter of portal vein, splenic vein diameter is better. P value<0.05,there was significant difference between before and after treatment.
