| Objective: To observe the influence of Jiaweixiaozhengyin on the dysmenorrhea score, infertility, ovarian endometrial cysts, endometrial nodules and to explore the feasibility of Jiaweixiaozhengyin treating the patients with endometriosis after conservative surgery and to seek the prescription that can strengthen the curative effect and have fewer side effects.Methods: 45 patients with endometriosis (AFS - r rage III ~ IV ) after conservative surgery were divided into two groups randomly which were treated by Jiaweixiaozhengyin and danazol for 3 months respectively. Changes of symptoms and signs and the side effects were assessed before the surgery and at the end of therapy after 6 months for 2 groups .Results:Symptoms and signs were remarkly relieved in both groups after treatment. The percentage of relapse was 16. 7% and 13. 3% in groups that were treated by Jiaweixiaozhengyin and danazol respectively. The percentage of danazol with side effects is 5 3. 3 % , Jiaweixiaozhengyin has no remarkable side effects.Conclusion: Jiaweixiaozhengyin is effctive when combined with conservative surgery in the mangement of endometriosis and has no side effects. It not only maintained the normal menorrea, but also improved the function of corps lutein. The Jiaweixiaozhengyin 's main mechanism of action were nourishing kidney and coursing liver , reducing phlegm and expelling stasis and invigorating qi. |
