And discuss the whole and part regulating mechanismof excess fat-fed rats. The results showed that:1 Applying LFEVCS to local can improve the insulin resistance of excess fat-fed Wistarrats Chemiluminescence immunity assay and enzyme measure are employed to measure thelevels of insulin and glucose in this study.The levels of insulin of model rats arelower than control rats according to the results. The levels of insulin of model ratsare decreased after LFEVCS. There is statistics difference compare to control rats.The levels of glucose have not difference in all teams. It also has not differenceafter LFEVCS. But we can find that the levels of glucose are decreased after LFEVCSfrom data. That proves that LFEVCS can accelerate glucose transporting and using.The levels of IR index of model rats are markedly higher than control rats. It saysthat excess fat-fed rats have severe IR phenomenon. The levels of IR are decreasedafter LFEVCS. It has statistics difference compared to those not have LFEVCS function.However, The levels of IR index of the rats of gonad stimulate and abdomen stimulateof control rats are not have statistics difference compare to control rats. It moreexplains that LFEVCS has not side effect and badness effects. The levels of IR indexof the rats of gonad stimulate and abdomen stimulate have not difference, It explainsthat both of them improve IR index can pass different approach. We explain that LFEVCScan get across increasing insulin cleared of liver decreasing insulin release, oraccelerating glucose transport ,or altering insulin receptor and insulin receptorregulate, or increasing insulin cleared of liver and kidney , accordingly exertimprove IR index.2 Applying LFEVCS to local can effect the levels of T and E2 Chemiluminescence immunity assay is employed to measure the levels of T.Thelevels of T in excess fat-fed female rats after LFEVCS local function are higher thanbefore function. There is not influence on the levels of E2 in controlrats. The levels of E2 decreased in male rats after LFEVCS local function, and ithas statistics difference. The levels of E2 in excess fat-fed female rats after LFEVCSare higher than without function. However, There is not influence on the levels ofE2 in control rats. It more showed that LFEVCS local function can improve the levelsof sex hormone.3 Enzyme measure is employed to measure the levels of FFA and TG Enzyme measure is employed to measure the levels of FFA and TG in this study .Thelevels of FFA and TG in excess fat-fed rats are higher than control rats. The levelsof FFA and TG decreased after LFEVCS function. There is statistics difference betweenmodel rats and model stimulated rats. The levels of FFA and TG have not statisticsdifference between control rats and compared stimulated rats.
