Abstract/Summary:
Purpose:To verify the reproducibility and stability of ZJ-3 type multifunctionalsphymograph and explore the sphygmogram characteristics of cunkou pulse and ateriadorsalis pedis. Method: 89 healthy college students were selected and recored the pressurephygmograms of both Guan pulses and both ateria dorsalis pedis on differentpulse-taking pressures at 19:00~23:00 in the evening.The sampling frequency is71.43Hz and 4000 sampling points were recorded. Content: The time domain parameters were analyzed according to left and rightguan pulse,female and male,different pulse shape,different pulse position anddifferent pulse strength; The time domain and frequency domain parameters betweenGuan pulse and Fuyang pulse were compared. Results and conclusions:The majority Cunkou pulse quality of 89 healthy subjectsare slippery,wiry,tready,tready slippery,slippery wiry.The common Cunkou pulsequality in male and female college students is different. The two Cunkou pulse qualityis no difference. The pulse position of male students is lower than female and pulse shape is moreslippery and softer than female. The pulse shape of female students is more wiry thanmale,but pulse strength is not weaker than male. The obvious difference among floating,medium,deep pulse lies in Popt and floating,medium,deep pulse have individual P—HB curve characters.So the P—HB curvecharacters can be regarded as an objective index of pulse position. As far as pulse shape of wiry,slippery,tready,soft,blood vessel tension iswiry>tready,soft, total peripheral resistance is wiry,tready>slippery,soft,contraction wave time is wiry,tready>slippery,soft,inflow volume velocity isslippery>wiry, rise time is wiry>slippery.The pulse rate is rapid>normal>slow,pulse period is slow>normal>rapid. Compared with the Guan pulse,the pulse position of ateria dorsalis pedis is lowerand strength is stronger,the filling time is longer and filling velocity is quicker. Totally,the frequency domain parameters of different pulse shape,pulse rhythmis no difference. The harmonic waves energy is forceful>normal>weak. The harmonic waves energy of dorsalis pedis are obviously higher than the Guanpulse, whether on the condition of optimal pulse-taking pressure or opticalpulse-taking pressure.
