Research Of Float Pulse And Sunken Pulse Based On Time Domain Analyze

Firstly,this paper talk about the origin of floating pulse and sinking pulse,some distinctions between "floating,sinking" and "pulse depth",and the research of taking pulse pressure.It indicates that "Floating" and "Sinking" are the important measurements of pulse element quantitative criteria since ancient times.these relations and distinctions between "Floating" and "Sinking".We propose that the Floating pulse and Sinking pulse are not only related to the superficial and depth of the position,but also the potential trend of the change of pulse.The" Floating and Sinking "is also a quantitative description of the pulse pressure.We use the Traditional Chinese Medicine theory to describe the formation mechanism on pulse manifestation.We have a research on this hemodynamics theory of pulse wave formation,and elaborate the hemodynamics pressure is related on the displacement change of the radial artery,and the effect of the surrounding tissue structure on the diameter of radial artery.The formation on pulse wave are caused by a variety of composite factors of pressure wave and displacement wave.So,Blood flow pressure is an intrinsic factor,and the surrounding tissue structure is an external factor.The pulse data were collected by the pressure sensor,and the parameters of the typical pulse pattern were analyzed.The mean value of the time domain and the mean value of the pulse amplitude in the pulsation pulse period are analyzed.The amplitude of the Float pulse wave decreases with the increase of the pulse pressure,which is gradually decreased,the pressure-amplitude curve is gradually decreasing.Finger feeling is weakened,when the pulse amplitude is weakened.On the contrary,The amplitude of Sinking pulse is increasing with the increasing pressure,the amplitude increases from small to small,the pressure amplitude curve trend is gradual,while the sense of value enhance the pulse potential increases.The Float and Sunken pulse are distinguishable from the shape of P-H curve.Thus,we verify the Floating pulse is easy to take,give more time,heavy press not,Sunken pulse is"should not be taken,lack of action,be touched under heavy press".The mean temporal characteristic parameter analysis of the Floating pulse and Sinking pulse were selected and distinguished in the optimal pressure range,which subjects that there isn't obviously pathological significance in the corresponding parameters of the pulse map.Therefore,based on the theoretical basis of the study,through the instrument to verify the objectivity of the theory to provide the basis,and clear the instrument in the recording pulse data is feasible.
