The Shuanghuanglian Drops In Treatment Of Children Cold Fever Wind And Heat The Passage Of Prima Facie Evidence Of The Clinical Study

Acute Upper Respiratory Infection is a commonly encountered disease in paediatric practice .It is usually caused by viruses . The curative effect of western medicine in against viruses is not perfect. However, the patent medicine-"shuang huanglian" have a marked efficacy in against viruses and defervesceing. There are several forms of prepare durgs , such as injection oral suspension troche. But in clinic these forms are difficult for the children to take, and have a bad medicine compliance. Shuang huanglian drop which is very convenient to be take just in a little dose is a concentrated typ of the oral suspension. It can be straightly dropped into children's mouth.In this study we will compare the shuang huanglian drop with the oral suspension in treating the exterior wind-heat syndrome of infants' exogenous fever, and satisfied the clinic curative and security of the shuang huanglian drop. The result of the clinic study show that the drop have little difference with the comparison in curative effect (p>0.05) , so we can concluded that the shuang huanglian drop have a same effect with the oral suspension in treating Upper respiratory infection. It made a successful way to regenerat new forms of medicine for children to take.
