External Treatment Of Male Breast Abnormal Development Of The Clinical Study,

Objiective:To observe clinical effect of XiaoPiZhiTong San for external application and PingXiaoPian for internal application on gynecomastia.Methods:60 cases of patients of gynecomastia which had been diagnosed in our outpatient department were choosen and divided randly into two groups.The therapeutic group using XiaoPiZhiTong San for external application and PingXiaoPian for internal application was 30 cases;The controlled group using PingXiaoPian was 30 cases,3 months a period,Results:1. There is significant different in effect between the two groups (P<0.05) .In the therapeutic group ,the total effective rate is 100% and the significant effective rate is 93.3%;While in the controlled group,they are 93.3%,56.7% respectively.2. Comparing their symptom-sign before and after treatment ,there is very significant difference in each group(P<0.01).There is significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).The symtom-sign improvement in the therapeutic group is superior to that in the controlled group.3. Comparing the lump of breast before and after treatment.there is significant difference in the two groups(P<0.01,P<0.05).The therapeutic group can obviously decrease the lump in breast.4. There is no significant difference in the less than 6 months' s progress between the two groups(P>0.05);The effect of the therapeutic group is better than the controlled group in the between 7 to 12 months' s progress and in the more than 13 months' s progress(P<0.05,P<0.05).5. The effect in the adenoma-tape is better than that in the widespread-tape and the gynecoid-type of the therapeutic group(P<0.05).They are 100%,75%,66.7% respectively.Conclusion:XiaoPiZhiTong San for external application and PingXiaoPian for internal application has obvious therapeutic effect , moreover, the therapeutic effect on the adenoma-type is superior to that on the widespread-type and the gynecoid-type.
