Dual Solid Through "acupuncture Clinical Studies, The Effects On Immune Function Of Elderly Yang

ObjectiveWith clinical and aninal experiment, to observe the effect of "shuang gu yi tong" acupuncture therapy in disease prevention and cure process , and the superiority in regulating the old-aged yang asthenia organism's immunologic function. To provide new method for acupuncture and moxibustion clinic and to offer clinical and experimental evidences for next research. Methods1. Clinic observion: 30 old-aged yang asthenia patients are divided into two groups randomly: "Shuang gu yi tong" acu-therapy group: selecting "guanyuan" and "zusanli" acu-point as "shuang gu" ; according different diseases to select different acu-points as "yi tong". Common acu-therapy group: according different diseases to select different acu-points. Every group is treated one time everyday within 30 minutes, 6 times as a phrase, to terminate after 3 phrases. In addition, 15 young healthy men are selectd as normal group, do not treat. Observe the changs of yang-def iciency symptoms , detect T cell subgroup (CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4+/CD8+) and immunoglobulin (IgG,IgM, IgA).2. Animal experiment: 45 18-20 monthes old yang-deficiency Wistar rats are divided into 3 groups randomly: control group(group B); Common acu-therapy group(group C): acute myocardial ischem model, needling "neiguan" acu-point; "shuang gu yi tong" acu-therapy group (group D) : acute myocardial ischem model , needling "guanyuan" , "zusanli", "neiguan" acu-point. In addition, 15 7-8 monthes young rats are selected as normal group(group A). C and D groups are treated with G6805 acupuncture therapy-apparatus which is made in Shanghai, lasting 20 minutes. Observe the changs of Electrograph(ECG), and IL-2, IL-6 are detectd.Results1. "Shuang gu yi tong" acu-therapy group is better than common acu-therapy group in releasing yang-deficiency symptoms(P< 0.01).2. "Shuang gu yi tong" acu-therapy can increase the quantity of T cell sub-group of old-aged yang asthenia patients. And the effection is better than commom acu-therapy group (P< 0. 01).3. "Shuang gu yi tong" acu-therapy can make the ECG of acute myocardial ischem model rats approch to normal, and better than commom acu-therapy group (P< 0. 01).4. "Shuang gu yi tong" acu-therapy leads the quantity of IL-2 to increase and IL-6 to decrease, predominant to commom acu-therapygroup (P< 0. 01). Conclusions"Shuang gu yi tong" acu-therapy can release the symptoms of old-aged yang asthenia patients, and increase the quantity of T cell subgroup and immunoglobulin. "Shuang gu yi tong" acu-therapy can also make the ECG of acute myocardial ischem model rats approch to normal, leads the quantity of IL-2 to increase and IL-6 to decrease. All the effect ion predominant to commom acu-therapy . So, "shuang gu yi tong" acupuncture therapy have not only superiority in disease prevention and cure process, but also the regulating of old-aged yang asthenia organism's immunologic function than common acu-therapy. This thesis provide clinical and experimental evidences for "shuang gu yi tong" acupuncture therapy to delay ageing. The "shuang gu yi tong" acupuncture therapy is easy to operate, with good effection, and is putting into practice, deserveing applying in acupuncture clinic.
