| Purpose To observe the change of rats model with traumatic synovitis and the influence on the model by single Chinese medicine桽alvia miltiorrhiza Bunge. Method Using T. Mikami' s means to establish a rats model induced by gasbag and Car. To ascertain the content of TNF- a , IL-12 by the means of ELISA. Results The content of TNF-a and IL-12 in Chinese medicine groups are lower than contrast model group. And the difference is notable (p<0.01). Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge can reduce the content of TNF-crand IL-12 in rats model induced by the means of T. Mikamis. It would be an effective Chinese medicine on traumatic synovitis. |
