The Clinical Curative Effect Of Chuanhuangyi Ointment On The Treatment Of Acute Traumatic Knee Synovitis

Objective By using Chuanhuangyi ointment,the curative effect of acute traumatic knee synovitis was observed,and the therapeutic effect of Chuanhuangyi ointment on acute knee synovitis was evaluated,which provided a new choice for clinical treatment of acute knee synovitis.Methods: Ninety-six patients with acute traumatic knee synovitis in Fuzhou Second Hospital from January 2018 to November 2019 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group,control group 1 and control group 2,32 cases in each group.Control group 1 was given routine treatment,control group 2 was given Votalin ointment on the basis of control group 1,and experimental group was given Chuanhuangyi ointment on the basis of control group 1.Visual analogue pain score(VAS),knee joint range of motion(ROM),patellar midpoint 10 cm circumference,patellar midpoint 10 cm circumference,serum interleukin-1 beta(IL-1 beta)and serum interleukin-6(IL-6)were measured at the first visit,1 and 2 weeks after treatment.Finally,statistical software was used to analyze the results of measurement,and the clinical efficacy of Chuanhuangyi ointment was evaluated according to the difference of measurement indicators.Result 1.There was no significant difference in gender,age and body mass index between the three groups(P > 0.05),and the three groups were comparable.2.There was no significant difference in visual analogue pain score between the three groups at the first visit(P > 0.05).One week and two weeks after treatment: the three groups were lower than the first visit,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);the experimental group and control group 2 were lower than the control group 1,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);the experimental group and control group 2 were similar,the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).3.There was no significant difference in knee joint activity between the three groups at the first visit(P > 0.05).One week and two weeks after treatment: the three groups were larger than the first visit,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);the experimental group and control group 2 were larger than the control group 1,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);the experimental group was larger than the control group 2,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.There was no significant difference in the diameter of 10 cm at the midpoint of patella and 10 cm below the midpoint of patella between the three groups(P > 0.05).One week and two weeks after treatment: the difference of the two weeks' diameter between the experimental group and the control group was greater than that of the control group 1(P < 0.05);the difference of the two weeks' diameter between the experimental group and the control group 2 was greater than that of the control group 2(P < 0.05).5.There was no significant difference in serum interleukin-1 beta(IL-1 beta)and interleukin-6(IL-6)among the three groups at the first visit(P > 0.05).One week and two weeks after treatment: the three groups were lower than the first visit,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);the experimental group and the control group 2 were smaller than the control group 1,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);the experimental group and the control group 2 had no statistical significance(P > 0.05).Conclusion 1.Chuanhuangyi ointment has obvious effect in treating this disease.It can obviously eliminate swelling,relieve pain,improve joint mobility,restore function,and regulate serum levels of interleukin-1 beta and interleukin-6.2.Compared with Votalin,Chuanhuangyi Ointment has no difference in relieving pain and reducing serum interleukin-1 beta(IL-1 beta)and interleukin-6(IL-6),but the former is superior to the latter in eliminating swelling and improving joint activity.3.Chuanhuangyi ointment has no adverse reactions in the treatment of this disease and is safe.
