Objective:Probe into the laws of syndrome classification of different degree fever and the relation between syndrome classification and the white blood cell,neutrophil,age. Search for the characteristics of differentiation for syndrome classification and some microcosmic indexes of differentiation. Advance clinic level for differentiation of symptoms and signs. Method:921 fever patients are divided into three groups based on the low-fever,middle-fever,high-fever. Count the frequency of Zheng type and make comparison between the three teams. Conclusion:The laws of syndrome classification are different among the three groups. Dampness-Heat,Phlegm-Heat and deficiency of Qi,deficiency of'Yin,deficiency of Yang,deficiency of both Qi and Yin,deficiency of both Qi and blood are the major Zheng types in the low-fever group,mostly because of deficiency of vital Qi or excessive Yin pathological production;Dampness-Heat,toxic Heat,Wind-Heat,Wind-Cold,Phlegm-Heat,Summer-heat and Dampness are the major Zheng types in the midle-fever group,mostly because of pathogenic factor or excessive Yang pathological production;Dampness-Heat,toxic Heat,Summer-heat and Dampness and Qi Deficiency are the major Zheng types in the high -fever group,mostly because of toxic Heat or vital Qi consumed. The Zheng type of deficiency of vital Qi and excessive Evil is different extremely has significance in statistics.
