Cut Hanging Select The Suture Treatment Of Clinical Studies Of Complex High Anal Fistula

The diagnosis and treatment of high complex fistula-in-ano is world problem. The research aim of opertion of high complex fistula-in-ano is to raise cure rate and to protect the anal functions,we also want to reduce the recurrence rate and the postoperative complication,to defend the sphincteric continence.METHODS:47 Patients with a high complex fistula-in-ano were identified in our institution over a period from March,2000 to October,2001. The applicant for the treatment of high complex fistula-in-ano is a self-design operation by using incision cutting setion drainage and selective suture .We look for internal opening by an injection of hydrogen peroxide,resect the side fistula tract and interrupted suture,then have the main fistula tract half resection,incise the internal opening,ligate two flaps,and make cutting setion of anal sphincter and drainage. The important treatment of postoperation is that sufficient antibiotics are given to patients.RESULTS:The cure rate of 47 cases is 100 percent. Only one patient attack of a simple low fistula-in-ano in 6 months.CONCLUSINO:Compared with other operational methods,the operative approach of incision,cutting setion and drainage,selective suture therapy of fistula-in-ano has great advantages of less surgical injury,shortening treatment course,raising cure rate and protecting the anal functions.
