Clinical Analysis Of103Cases Of In-patient Of Posriasis

Purpose：Through analyzed the case history of NO.7ward in department ofdermatology of Shan Dong traditional Chinese medicine hospital in the past threeyears,sum up the incidence,the clinical features and the treatment experience of psoriasis inlalocal area,reinforce the cognition of psoriasis to make a better prevention and a bettertreatment against psoriasis.Material and method：Make a retrospective survey from January2009to December2011,make the registration list of sex,age, course of disease,duration of diseaseseason,leng-th of stay,incentives, family history,complications,disease location,laboratorytests, clinical classification,syndrome differentiation,treatment method and efficacy of thepsoriasis in NO.7ward in department of dermatology of Shan Dong traditional Chinesemedicine hospital,apply to the statistical methods to draw the conclusions.Results：1.General situation:In total103patients were treated, male to female ratio was2.22:1,and age of onset focused on18to45years old.2.Pathogenesis season:The disease happens more common in winter and autumn andmore common in spring and summer in recurrent disease.3.Incentives:In51cases we find the predisposing factors,accounting for49.51%,andupper respiratory infection was the predisposing factor.4.Complication:17cases had one or more of the disease history, accounting for16.50%.The disease history was mainly to hyperlipidemia, hypertensiondiabetes, fattyliverand other diseases. 5.Family history:18patients had a family history of genetic psoriasis.6.TCM syndrome-type distribution:blood heat:65cases,blood deficiency and dryness:7cases,blood stasis type:14cases,damp-heat:17cases.7.Treatment outcome:cured:39cases,markedly improvement:46cases,effective:16cases,ineffective:12cases,total effective rate:98.06%.Conclusion：1.Psoriasis is more common in men,happens easily young adults, increases in winterand autumn,relieves in spring and summer.2.Psoriasis etiology is not clear,but it has some connections with genetic, infectious,motion, trauma,diet,environment and drug,etc.3.Make the differentiating syndromes by TCM and western medicine,treat thepsoriasis with internal and external therapy,the effectiveness is prominent,the side effect isfewer.
