| Objective To explore the regulating mechanism of Bu Sheng Zhuang Gu capsules(BC) on bone metabolism of Diabetic Osteoporosis(DO) rats models. Methods Established DM rats models by introperitoneal injection of Alloxan.Trended the diabetes rats with condensed liquor of BC and Calcium Carbonate Tablets+ Alpha D3(C+A)respective through tube feeding,andMetformin Hydrochloride tablets(MH) as basic remedy meanwhile.Obseved the influence of different medicines on following parameters:diabetic general condition,bone mineral density,bone metabolism biochemical criterion,bone biomechanial property,bone histomorphometry and hemorheology. Results the experimental DM rats showed apparently abnormal on parameters stated above. BMD of them are significantly lower than normal group. After the therapy of BC,the abnormal condition relieved markedly,and the comprehensive action of BC was better than that of west medicines. Conclusion These results suggested that diabetic rats had clearly osteopenia and osteoporosis. BC can modulate effectively the bone metabolism of DO rats models through many ways and many links. |
