| Aim:Liver fibrosis is the result of unpropratly protruse of quality of fibre form and organization within liver .It appears with the continuing harm of liver or activity of urging fiberization fator. chronic hepatitis B has the different extent of liver fibrosis.and ,as a result of which.it will develop into hardening the liver.But there is no perfect drug to do with it.Therefore.in case of making up for the avoidness ,this reseach seek to find the very traditional Chinese drug to lessen the symbol.to make liver function well and prevent liver from fiber ization. Method :Select rigidly the right ones who are sick with chronic hepatitis B(light or medium)and have the activity of liver fiber ization for 100,50 for the team of cure.the left 50 for the contrast team.Cure team: bringing up pills mixed with savor.80ml.2 times/day.swallow each morning and night: contrast teanrthe second old mixture of fungus.20ml, 2 times/day.swallow each morning and night;each team use intravenous injection ganlixin 150ml, 1 times/day.for three months. Observing the four indexes .symbol.body .liver function,serum liver fibre ization .the lolor exceeds and exzame the conjetion index of portal vein. Liver live exzame and cany on liver organize and liver fibre ization grade inflation by stages . Result:The symptom of two teams both are mitigated obviously. The ratio of recovery in cure team is prior to the contrast team(p<0.05) about liver ache and expanded splenomeg. The recovery ratio of Tbil.ALT are 83.5%.81.2%.respectively , and ,there is no obvious deference between them(p>0.05). It is febulosly meaningful that HBcIgM ,the symbol of virus in hepatitis B , changes into normal with Cure team being prior to contrast team(p<0.05). the radio of recovery of Tbil.ALT is 83.5% and 81.2%.cure team is 85.7% and 79.5%, The two teams have no obvious difference (p>0.05).the symbol of virus in hepatitis B anti-HbcIgM,turning into normal have obvious meaning, cure team is prior to the contrast team(p<0.05). the four indexes of serum liver fibre ization HA .PC-Ill. IV-C, LN . the meaning of cure team is obviously prior to the contrast team(p<0.01.p<0.05.p<0.01,p<0.05).there is obvious deference between them about the conjetion index of portal vein( p<0.01).The liver who owe tvvo patient before and after three months is worn alive and exzamed. The patients before cure are medium-sized degree of chronic hepatitis B(G2S3,G3S3) and after that are slightly degree( G1S1,G2S1). Conclution:The result of clinic cure has been proved that bringing up pills have the inclination of making the index of liver fiber ization of chronic hepatitis B and The four indexes of serum liver fiberization HA .PC-Ill.IV-C, LN down. The conjetion index of portal vein comes down.the degree of liver oganization in pathological damage -inflammation activity degree and liver fiber ization are alleviated. So it is affective that anti- liver fibre ization has.however.the way how anti-fibre ization takes into effection left me to further research step. |
