| It has been a long history for the Chinese people to treat arrhythmia with the acupuncture. They have many experiences in it. In the last 20 years, the research of anti-arrhythmia through the acupuncture has been developed very rapidly. . There are many acupoints proved to be available in anti-arrhythmia, the new experience of treating hear arrhythmia with joinly using several acupoints is also reported. The researcher also studied the effect of acupuncture on the animal models of hear arrhythmia, the mechanism of acupuncture have been studied deeply.Both "LEIGUAN" and "SHENGMENG" are the acupoints which have been used mostly in clinic. The clinic reports indicated that "LEIGUAN" and "SHENGMEN1" can treat premature ventricular beats (PVB) in effect. The animal model of stimulating hypothalamus of rabbit inducing PVB has been studied all-around. The paper discussed whether "LEIGUAN" and "SHENGMENG" can treat the PVB inducing by stimulating the hypothalamus of rabbit. The mechanism of acupuncture is also discussed in this paper. The experiment included three parts. The first part studies the effect of electrical acupuncturing "LEIGUAN" on the PVB induced by stimulating hypothalamus of rabbit. The result of experiment indicates electrical acupuncturing "LEIGUAN" can remarkably reduce the number of PVB induced by stimulating hypothalamus of rabbit. The effect of electrical acupuncture can last for twenty minutes after stopping electrical acupuncture. The second part studies the effect of electrical acupuncturing "SHENGMENG" on the PVB induced by stimulating hypothalamus of rabbit. The result of experiment indicates electrical acupuncturing "SHENGMENG" can remarkably reduce the number of PVB inducing by stimulating hypothalamus of rabbit, and effect of electrical acupuncture can last for twenty minutes after stopping electrical acupuncture. In this part, the different effect of electrical acupuncturing "SHENGMENG" in different intensity is also studied. The result indicates that electrical acupuncture "SHENGMENG" in 0.25mA can remarkably reduce the number of PVB induced by stimulating hypothalamus of rabbit, and electrical acupuncture in 0.5mA only slightly induce the number of PVB, but without the remarkably different in statistics, electrical acupuncture in 0. 8mA, however, can' t change the number of PVB. At the last party of the experiment, we study the mechanism of electrical acupuncturing "LEIGUAN" treating the PVB induced by stimulating hypothalamus of rabbit. We firstly study the effect of destructing the arc nucleus on the effect of electrical acupuncture. The result of experiment indicates the effect of electrical acupuncture is disappeared after destructing the arc nucleus. The result indicate Integra lity of are nucleus is essential for the effect of electrical acupuncture. Secondly, we study the effect of micro-injecting morphine into arc nucleus on the PVB induced by stimulating hypothalamus of rabbit. The result indicate that micro-injecting morphine into are nucleus can remarkably induce the number of PVB. At last, we study the effect of micro-injecting naloxone on the effect of electricalacupuncture. The result indicates that naloxone can overturn the effect of acupuncture of reducing the PVB. The result of the last part indicates that the opium receptor in the arc nucleus is essential for the effect of acupuncture. |
