| Purpose:To investigate the clinical effect of spinal endoscopy combined with eye acupuncture in the treatment of LDH by comparing with the treatment of LDH by spinal endoscopy alone.Material and method:Clinical data of 54 patients with simple lumbar disc herniation who underwent spinal endoscopic nucleus pulposus excision were collected from the Second Department of Orthopedics,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2018 to December 2020.According to random number table method54 patients were randomly divided into two groups(observation group)and control group,control group adopts pure spinal postoperative endoscopic excision of nucleus pulposus routine therapy,observation group in the control group use eye needle adjuvant therapy for a week,on the basis of observing the preoperative and postoperative 3 days,after 1 week,3 weeks postoperatively,VAS score,JOA score and clinical curative effect evaluation indicators,Statistical analysis was performed.Results:No shedding was found in the 54 included patients,and all completed clinical efficacy observation and evaluation.There were 27 cases in the observation group and 27 cases in the control group.There was no statistical significance in age and gender between the two groups.Preoperative VAS score and JOA score of 2 groups had no statistical significance(P > 0.05),and there was no difference between 2 groups.After treatment,the VAS scores of patients in both groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the JOA scores and efficacy evaluation were significantly improved.The therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly different from that of the control group(P < 0.05),and the therapeutic effect was more obvious.Conclusion:1.Eye acupuncture therapy can effectively relieve the pain of patients after spinal endoscopic nucleus pulposus extraction.2.Eye acupuncture therapy can promote the recovery of patients’ lumbar function,and its short-term effect is better than that of LDH treated by spinal endoscopic nucleus pulposus excision alone. |
