Objective: To observe the effectiveness and safety of XinYI Capsule which treated on angina pectoris (qi deficiency with blood stasis syndrome), and study its characteristics.Methods: Based on random, double-blind, controlled method, 60 patients with coronary heart disease (qi deficiency with blood stasis syndrome) were randomly divided into curative group 30 cases and control group of 30 cases, the curative group taking the XinYi Capsule; control group take XinYi capsule's mimetic, for 4 weeks. Angina symptoms were observed before and after treatment effects, withdrawal rate of triglyceride, ECG improve the situation, TCM syndromes, safety indicators before and after treatment, including: blood, urine, then routine, liver function (ALT), renal function (BUN, Cr), coagulation parameters (PT, APTT, TT, FIB) and other changes, and adverse reaction experiment, the occurrence of adverse events. SPSS17.0 statistical software used for statistical data analysis, base data were compared with X2 test, measurement data using t test.Results:1. Efficacy evaluation of efficacy in angina symptoms, the curative group was 86.67%, control group was 53.33%, curative group than the control group (P <0.05); in the ECG, the curative group rate was 56.67%, control group was16.67%, curative group than the control group (P <0.05); TCM symptoms and efficacy in the effective rate was 86.67% in the curative group, control group was 50.00%, curative l group than the control group ( P <0.05); reduction in the rate of nitroglycerin stopped, stopped by the test group was 88.24%, 45.45% in control group, curative group than the control group (P <0.05)2. The process of safety evaluation tests found no adverse reactions, adverse events Conclusion:1. XinYi Capsule can effectively relieve angina pectoris (qi deficiency with blood stasis syndrome) in patients with angina symptoms and syndromes;2. XinYi Capsule is effective in improving angina pectoris (qi deficiency with blood stasis syndrome) in patients with myocardial ischemia in the ECG;3. XinYi Capsule can reduce coronary heart disease (qi deficiency with blood stasis syndrome) the use of nitroglycerin in patients;4. XinYi Capsule treatment of angina pectoris have better security.
