Tongmai Yixin Capsule Treatment Of Angina Pectoris (heart Blood Stasis Syndrome) Clinical Observation

Purpose: To observe the clinical effects of treatment for curing the anginaPectoris (belonging to heart blood stasis syndrome)by taking advantage of the Chinese medicine called Tongmaiyixin capsule, to know these security of the medicine.Method: Eighty patients in the ages of 18-65 years old, with Angina Pectoris belonged to the heart blood stasis syndrome were divided into curative group (40cases)and comparison group(40 cases) at random. The patients in curative group were cured with Tongmaiyixin capsule, and comparison group took Xuefuzhuyu capsule. Twenty eight days was a course of treatment. For all the patients, symptoms of angina, ECG, the symptoms and signs of TCM, the ceasing and decreasing rate of Glonoin were all observed. Only blood route, urine route, liver and kidney functions were measured before and after the study. And the adverse reaction was also recorded.Results:1. Curative effect evaluation: on the aspects of the curative effects of angina Pectoris, the treated group general effect rate is 84. 61%. Compared with the comparison group which general effect rate is 82. 50%, it dose not have significant excellence (P>0.05).On the aspect of improving ECG, the general effect rate of the treated group is 30. 77%, the comparison group is 45. 0%. The compared group is better than the treatment group. (P<0. 05). On the aspect of improving Chinese medical symptoms, the general effect of the treated group is 87. 18%, the comparison group is 87. 50%. The effects of both group have no statistical difference on Chinese medical symptoms (P>0. 05). On the aspect of the ceasing and decreasing rate of Glonoin, the general effect of the treated group is 51. 28%, the comparison group is 50. 0%. The effects of both groups have no statistical difference on the ceasing and decreasing rate of Glonoin (P>0.05).2. During the whole course of the test, the bad affair never happened . The medicine has good security.Conclusion:1. Tongmaiyixin capsule has remarkable effects on the symptoms of Angina Pectoris and TCM syndromes of the patients with angina Pectoris (belonged to the heart blood stasis syndrome).2. Tongmaiyixin capsule has remarkable effects on the ECG of the patients with Angina Pectoris (belonged to the heart blood stasis syndrome).3. Tongmaiyixin capsule has remarkable effects on the ceasing and decreasing rate of Glonoin of the patients with Angina Pectoris (belonged to the heart blood stasis syndrome).4. Tongmaiyixin capsule has good security.
