Purpose:To explore the influence of Buyanghuanwu decoction to absorption of cerebral hemorrhage postoperative residual hematoma。Material and method:Material:Buyanghuanwu decoction:astragalus [60g];angelica tail [6g];red paeony root [5g];lumbricus [3g];szechuan lovage rhizome [3g];peach seed [3g];safflower [3g]。Method:retrospective analysis sixty cerebral hemorrhage patients treated in our hospital from October 2010 to March 2011 whose residual hematoma quantity about 10 milliliter after intracranial haematoma puncture drainage surgery and with the symptoms of deficiency.and blood stasis.Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups.Thirty patients in control group were treated by conventional western medicine which can drop cranial pressure and promote brain metabolism. Thirty patients in treatment group were taken or nasal feeded buyanghuanwu decoction three to five days after surgery basing on the medicine of control group and be given to adding or subtracting according to the principle of dialectical treatment.Making CT examination of head every week after the surgury.Estimating average hematoma uptake. Making comparisons of two groups` influence to absorption of residual hematoma by the statistical methods. Results:Haematoma absorptance speed exist significant differenxes between control group and treatment group. The average hematoma uptakes of treatment group are more than control group during every time point. There was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).All the patients didn`t bleed again during the study. Conclusion:Buyanghuanwu decoction could significantly promote the absorption of cerebral hemorrhage postoperative residual hematoma and enhance the curative effection. Improving life quality of the patients. |
