| Objective: To investigate some issues about THA for adult patients with DDH and its therapeutic efficacy as well.Methods: From Dalian central hospital of the carboniferous May.2009 to Dec.2010, total hip arthroplasties were performed for 10 patients (14 hips) with DDH. There were 3 males and 7 females with an average age of 61.1(ranging from45 to 76).
