| Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Jiangzhi Xiaoban tablet on the coronary heart disease patients with hyperlipide midemia and to explore the influence of Jiangzhi Xiaoban tablet on low density lipoprotein-cholesterol,lipoprotein associated phospholipas A2.Method:60 selected patients were randomly divided into treated group (n=30) which was treated with Jiangzhi Xiaoban tablet and control group (n=30) which was treated with a basic western medicine.all date were compared after eight weeks'treatment. The blood samples were drawn from venous in the morning just six hours before treatment and after four weeks'treatment.The change of LDL-C is determined by Bayer1650 automatic biochemial.and the change of Lp-PLA2 by LC-MS/MS.Result:The clinical symptom was improved significantly in the treated group,the total effectiveness of TCM in which is 93.33% while 76.67% in the control group,and the difference between two groups is statistically significance(P<0.05);the total effectiveness of ECG is 86.67% in the treated group while the control group is only 60%,the difference between two groups is statistically significance(P<0.05);the treatment group can significantly decrease LDL-C and Lp-PLA2,which compared with the control group.the difference is statistically significance(P<0.05),and the effect of the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion:The Jiangzhi Xiaoban tablet have the influence on the coronary heart disease patients with hyperlipidemia,such as relieving the clinical symptom.improving the TCM and easing myocardial ischemia. Meanwhile,the Jiangzhi Xiaoban tablet can decrease LDL-C,Lp-PLA2 which reflecting the vulnerable coronary atherosclerosis plaque,and its mechanism may be through decreasing lipid,inhibiting the response of inflammatory to increase the stability of coronary atherosclerosis plaque,preventing the cardiovascular event. |
