| Objective This observation for the application of Danlou tablet in treatment of coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris,card belong to each orher by the patient’s ecg findings,phlegm and blood stasis syndromes curative effect and the curative effect of nitroglycerin stopped reduction rate analysis,preliminary evaluation Danlou tablet efficacy and safety of the clinical application.Methods This study selected between April 2016～November 2016 in the first hospital affiliated to Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine of cardiology outpatient,conforms to the diagnostic standard of 60 cases of patients with chronic stable angina.According to the ratio of treatment group and control group in the proportion of 3:1,45 people were divided into treatment group by randomized,double-blind,positive control,and 15 in the control group.The treatment group:Danlou tablet 5 pills/time,3 times/day;LiNaXin capsule simulation agent 4 per/time,3 times/day,after meals.The control group:LiNaoXin capsules 4 per/time,3 times/day.Danlou tablet simulation agent 5 pills/time,3 times/day,after meals.Observe ecg changes before and after treatment in both groups、TCM symptoms integral change、The doctor of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome curative effect、Dosage of nitroglycerin and relevant safety index.Results1.Electrocardiogram(ecg)score in both groups have no difference,that has no significant difference compared two groups of curative effect,(P>0.05)but the treatment group curative effect is slightly better than control.2.Two groups of patients with Individual scoring TCM symptoms.TCM symptoms integral、TCMsymptoms curative effect is compared,the significant differences between them,P<0.05 statistically significant,the treatment group is better than the control group.3.Two groups of patients with nitroglycerin stopped reduction rate after treatment,P<0.05 statistically significant,the treatment group is better than the control group.4.Safety index:Before and after the treatment group and the control way in drug safety values did not see clearly,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);Drug safety values between groups after treatment no obvious change,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion1.Danlou tablet can significantly improve the coronary heart disease srable angina(phlegm stasis mutual junction)in patients with symptoms and syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine.2.Danlou tablet can reduce coronary heart disease stable angina(phlegm stasis mutual junction)patients in the use of nitroglycerin.3.Danlou tablet in coronary heart disease stable angina(phlegm stasis mutual junction)patients electrocardiogram improvement is not obvious.4.Danlou tablet in the process of treatment found no adverse reactions,security is obvious. |
