Therefore, the etiology of PCOS has become a very important sector of gynecological endocrine work. Objective:The clinical study on PCOS, to explore the characteristics and the correlation of Traditional Chinese Medicine disease, disorder, syndrome, can provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment and improve clinical efficacy. Methods:Through literature review, the PCOS clinical data table was framed. using the method of clinical observation,144 case patients that match the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of PCOS were collected. Epidata database was established, we input all the collated information to database and applicate SPSS17.0 software for statistical processing and analysis statistical significance.Results:144 cases of PCOS patients included 92% of women of childbearing age and 8% of puberty onset.2. According to TCM disease diagnosis,144 cases of PCOS patients, Postponement of menstrual cycle accounted for 42.36%, amenorrhea accounted for 27.78%, infertility accounted for 15.97%, early menstruation accounted for 5.55%, metrorrhagia accounted for 4.17%, others accounted for 4.17%. To compare with Postponement of menstrual cycle, and amenorrhea, there was significant differences (P<0.05) between them.3 According to Western medicine diagnosis, Thinning hair ovulation or anovulation combined with PCO (3 types) accounted for 50.7%, hyperandrogenism or clinical manifestations of androgen-like combined with PCO (2 type) accounted for 28.5%, Thinning hair ovulation or anovulation combined with hyperandrogenism or clinical manifestations of androgen-like (1 type) and PCO accounted for 14.6%, Thinning hair ovulation or anovulation combined with hyperandrogenism or clinical manifestations of androgen-like (4) 6.2%.3 type compared with ltype and 2 type, there was significant differences (P<0.05) between them.4 The TCM symptoms about kidney accounted for 39.3%,about spleen accounted for 32.6%,about liver accounted for 28.1%. There was significant differences(P<0.05) between them.5 144 cases of PCOS patients, obese patients accounted for 33.3%, I type of obesity accounted for 66.7%, II type of obesity accounted for 33.3%. Hairy patients (FG> 8) accounted for 43.8%, acne accounted for 31.9%. Obese patients with kidney deficiency combined with phlegm-dampness accounted for 31.2%; liver depression combined with spleen deficiency accounted for 10.4%, Hairy patients with kidney deficiency combined with phlegm-dampness accounted for 23.8%, kidney deficiency combined with liver depression accounted for 22.2%, acne patients with liver depression combined with blood heat, kidney deficiency combined with liver depression and liver depression combined with spleen deficiency accounted for 17.4%, kidney Yang deficiency accounted for 15.2%.6 There were 16 syndromes in PCOS, according to the number, list as follows:kidney deficiency combined with phlegm-dampness accounted for 22.2%, kidney deficiency combined with blood stasis ccounted for 16.7%, kidney deficiency combined with liver depression accounted for 11.8%, liver depression combined with spleen deficiency accounted for 9.7%, slpeen and kidney deficiency accounted for 9.7%, kidney Yang deficiency accounted for 7.6%, liver depression combined with blood heat accounted for 6.9%, spleen deficiency combined with phlegm-dampness accounted for 4.2%. There was no significant difference between kidney deficiency combined with phlegm-dampness and kidney deficiency combined with blood stasis. There was significant difference(P< 0.05) between kidney deficiency combined with phlegm-dampness and kidney deficiency combined with liver depression. There was no significant difference (P>0.05) between kidney deficiency combined with blood stasis and kidney deficiency combined with liver depression.7 Correlation analysis of signs, The occurrence of acne had a positive correlation with liver depression combined with spleen deficiency, liver depression combined with blood heat, kidney Yang deficiency(P<0.05). The occurrence of hairy and obesity had a positive correlation with kidney deficiency combined with phlegm-dampness (P <0.05). Hairy patients had negative correlation with slpeen and kidney deficiency (P<0.05). Obesity had a negative correlation with kidney deficiency combined with liver depression (P<0.05).8. Correlation analysis of endocrine indicators, Testosterone had a positive correlation with liver depression combined with spleen deficiency(P<0.05). Luteinizing hormone had a positive correlation with kidney deficiency combined with liver depression (P<0.05). Prolactin had a positive correlation with liver depression combined with blood heat(P<0.05).Conclusion:Postponement of menstrual cycle and amenorrhea are the most common manifestations of irregular menstruation in PCOS.2. Thinning hair ovulation or anovulation combined with PCO is the most common clinical phenotype in PCOS. 3. The Traditional Chinese Medicine symptoms of PCOS is mainly related to kidney, followed by spleen and liver.4. kidney deficiency combined with phlegm-dampness, kidney deficiency combined with blood stasis are the most common in Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome of PCOS, others are as follows:kidney deficiency combined with liver depression, liver depression combined with spleen deficiency, slpeen and kidney deficiency, kidney Yang deficiency, liver depression combined with blood heat, spleen deficiency combined with phlegm-dampness, kidney Qi deficiency, phlegm-dampness combined blood stasis, wetness-heat evil combined with blood stasis, kidney Yin deficiency, liver depression, Qi stagnation combined with blood stasis, spleen deficiency, phlegm-dampness.5. The occurrence of hairy and obesity have a relationship with kidney deficiency combined with phlegm-dampness; The occurrence of acne has a relationship with liver depression combined with blood heat, liver depression combined with spleen deficiency, kidney Yang deficiency.6. The changes of Testosterone levels has correlation with liver depression combined with spleen deficiency, the changes of Luteinizing hormone levels has correlation with kidney deficiency combined with liver depression, the changes of Prolactin levels has correlation with liver depression combined with blood heat.
