Effect Of Kidney-invigorating And Nurish Tiangui Therapy On Paf In Pcos Serum And Correlation Study Between The Therapy And Oocyte Quality In Pcos

Objective:To investigate the mechanism of Kidney-Invigorating therapy on the quality of PCOS oocyte by studying the effect of this therapy on the levels of PAF in serum.Methods:1.Sixty patients of PCOS were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in the tested group (only treated with western medicine) and 30 cases in the controlled group(treated with Erzhi Tiangui Granules and western medicine).Compare the differences of improvement of kidney deficiency syndrome;2.Compare the differences of pregnancy rate,periodic pregnancy rate,the numbers of leading follieles on the day of HCG injection, the blood flow parameters of follicularis membrane(PI,RI), the blood flow parameters of endometrium(RI),the genital hormone levels and ovulation of follicles(E2,LH),the levels of PAF in serum. And observe the relationship between PAF level and the quantity of follieles. Results:1.Compared with the control group,the tested group had obvious improvement of kidney deficiency syndrome(P<0.05);2,Compared with the control group,the periodic pregnancy rate,the number of leading follieles on the day of HCG injection did not have obviously differences between the two groups(P>0.05).3,The blood flow parameters of follicularis membrane (PI,RI) had been greatly improved more obviously than the controlled group (P<0.05);4,After therapy, the level of E2 had been greatly improved more obviously than the controlled group (P<0.05); the improvement of LH did not have obviously differences between the two groups(P>0.05);5,The level of PAF had been greatly improved more obviously in tested gruop than in the controlled group(P<0.05). Conclusion:PCOS of asthenia of kidney treated with Erzhi Tiaojing Granules and western medicine have preferable efficacy on improving the quanlity of follieles and pregnancy rate,it may due to improve the modulation in endocrine levels and the blood flow parameters of follicularis membrane, and regulate the PAF production the interactive mechanism needs further research.
