The Decoction Arrhythmia Zhigancao Treatment Of Law

This paper was based on Zhongjing's experiences of treating heart palpitations with ZHIGANCAO decoction, systematically studied the research progress of ZHIGANCAO decoction and arrhythmia in terms of basic Chinese medicine, clinical and scientific research and analysis, clinical literature about treating arrhythmia with ZHIGANCAO decoction were further studied with modern clinical Statistical methods.By searching China clinical literature dated from 1994 to 2010 regarding the arrhythmia treatment with AHIGANCAO decoction in<>, there are 56 chapters and 1048 cases of arrhythmia treatment with AHIGANCAO decoction conform to our requirement after sifting from selected 393 clinical literatures.In terms of the modern medical references for treat ing arrhythmia with ZHIGANCAO decoction, we found Ventricular premature beats, Atrial premature complex and Atril fibril lati on said large proportion with 26.27%, 20.31% and 11.81% respectively. ECG classification showed that ZHIGANCAO decoction sydrome was mostly seen Atrial premature complex, ventricular premature complex and Atrial fibrillation, which were always caused by coronary heart disease, Viral myocarditis and rheumatic heart disease. There are 475 cases and said 58.79% in total. Thus, it can be seen the patient of coronary heart disease, viral myocarditis and rheumatic heart disease accompany with sudden arrhythmic death syndrome, we could consider to treat with some ZHIGANCAO decoctionIn accordance with the clinical documents, the symptoms, sign, tongue and pulse frequency statistics indicated that the core symptoms were as follows:palpitation, fatigue, shortness of breath (breathless), chest tightness, dizziness, Insomnia (many dreams),clear tongue, thin tongue, dry tongue, red tongue, little moss, thin moss, paused pulse, long paused pulse, narrow pulse, fast pulse and weak pulse. The symptoms of clinical diagnosis includes perturbed, skinny, pharyngeal xeransis and dry tongue, constipated, spontaneous and night sweating, hectic cheek, light red tongue, thin and white moss, white moss, faint pulse, moderate pulse and Unsmooth PulseThe drug analysis of the ZHIGANCAO decoction in treating arrhythmia showed that clinical application of the ZHIGANCAO decoction were different from the the original ZHIGANCAO decoction in drugs and amounts; The clinical dosage of drugs varied greatly, the same drug with different names, alternative drugs, discriminate use due to different processing were common.52 different drugs were used in ZHIGANCAO decoction for treating arrhythmia, tonic drugs were used most frequently, followed by antipyretic, sedative drugs and sc on. Property analysis of the 52 drugs came to that they were mostly attributed to organs, of which the frequencies were heart, lung, liver, spleen and kidney.Treatment of Arrhythmia with ZHIGANCAO decoction had demonstrated good efficacy, the results on the analysis of diagnosis and treating drugs could be applied to guide clinical practice.
