Monitoring And Early Warning Of Infectious Diseases Based On Google Platform Gis System,

Infectious disease monitoring and warning is always a major concern of human society. The traditional epidemic monitoring and warning systems generally use data query and statistical analysis methods, the results are presented in the form of data reporting. Those data reports often lack the geospatial information about the disease, making it difficult to effectively reflect the geographic distribution of disease characteristics and spatial relationships. On the other hand, Google Map and Google Earth with their rich resources in the map image stand out in many GIS platforms. Therefore, how to achieve the integration of infectious disease monitoring and warning and Google geographic platform will be studied in this paper.Based on monitoring data, this system combines the following three methods: geographic information associated with the disease, the data statistical analysis and three-dimensional model display. It uses Java technology as its development background, Google Maps and Google Earth as its GIS platform. It uses JavaScript for calling on the map interface, and Ajax technology for data requests and asynchronous data transmission, and the Oracle database for data storage and management, thus to achieve coding in Myeclipse platform. Google maps interface is written in JavaScript, because the JavaScript language is in web front-end, so the system needs to study how to display background information on the map and other issues. This system uses Ajax technology to exchange data with the local servers as well as the Google servers. All interactive operations are located in the Web tier, and Ajax is handled as a process controller role, responsible for the pages and data exchange between servers.Through the study of the needs of users, this paper will analyze and design the following five parts which including view module on information of the disease control unit, infectious disease monitoring and early warning module, analysis module of infectious diseases, the system management module, commonly used modules.
