Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Qi Stagnancy And Blood Stasis Syndrome Of Primary Dysmenorrhea With Dan'e Fukang Decocted Extract And Ibuprofen Sustained-Release Capsules

ObjectiverTo observe the clinical effect of Dan'e Fukang Decocted Extract and Ibuprofen Sustained-Release Capsules on treating Qi Stagnancy and Blood Stasis Syndrome Of Primary Dys menorrhea(PD).Method:Choose 60 patients who belong to PD of qi stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome.Divided them randomly into test group(30 cases, treated with Dan'e Fukang Decocted Extract and Ibuprofen Sustained-Release Capsules), and control group(30 cases, treated with Ibuprofen Sustained-Release Capsules).The treatment lasted 3 menstrual cycles.Before and after treatment and follow-up three-month period, the therapeutic effects on PD, TCM(traditional Chinese medieine) symptoms would be compared.Results:1.The comparement of dysmenorrhea degree score:after treatment,the dysmenorrhea degree scores of the test group and the control group both decreased,the test group decreased more notably,but there is no statistical difference (P>0.05) between the two groups;and after following-up three-month period,there is notable difference (P<0.01).2.After treatment,compared the overall therapeutic effect of dysmenorrhea degree of the two groups:the total effective rate of the test group was 93.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 73.33%,in which,there was statistical difference between the two groups (P<0.05).3.The comparement of TCM symdrom score:after treatment,there is statistical difference (P<0.05) between the two groups;and after following-up three-month period,there is notable difference (P<0.01).4.After treatment,compared the overall therapeutic effect of TCM symdrom of the two groups:the total effective rate of the test group was 96.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 73.33%,in which,there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion:It is more effective to treat PD of qi stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome with Dan'e Fukang Decocted Extract and Ibuprofen than only with Ibuprofen in decreasing dysmenorrhea degree,improving TCM symdrom and keeping long-term therapeutic effect.It shows the superiority of combination of the two therapy which has some clinical value.
