Flaccidity Tcm Clinical Treatment Literature

Wei-flaccidity syndrome is a disease whose main symptoms include weakness in limb and can not exercise at will, and even muscular atrophy or physical deformities. The etiology and pathogenesis of the disease are comolex. This determines it has a multi-disciplinary and marginal clinical characteristics. This article refers to ancient texts and various discourse, combine with the literature in recent years,from three ways including the thaditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture, massage therapy to discussed the status and ideas of the Chinese medicine treatment of Wei-flaccidity syndrome. The conclusion is that although different methods used, the Chinese medicine treatment of Wei-flaccidity syndrome has a unique effect and consistents with the same guiding theory.
