The performance evaluation has received widespread attention from domestic to foreign theorists and Enterprisers as a management system integrating the strategy, resources, business and actions. Influenced by the changes of the medicine pattern and the policies, the Chinese hospitals are facing the challenges which the competition drove day by day. So the hospital have to cultivate andpromote the competitive advantage, service level and core competition to win the survival. Through summarizing the PM correlation theories, the article discovered the main problems and reasons of. the public hospital (hereafter referred to as the H hospital) in the performance achievements (hereafter refereed to as the PA) using investigation and material analysis and so on the methods.The article carried on the systematic design utilizing KPI and so on the methods and technologies in view of the present main questions (such as Purpose of the evaluation is incorrect, inappropriate evaluation method to evaluate the development of indicators and unscientific, the results of a lack of evaluation feedback, and evaluate the results of application of a single)and reasons, combining with the Environmental characteristics of the PM in H hospital, improves the collective services level of the public hospital.Clinician performance evaluation is a comprehensive task that requires continuous improvement in practice and exploration can not be assessed for the assessment, but should be people-oriented, performance evaluation as a hospital the doctor development of human resources is one important aspect of good job making encouraging doctors to strive to excel, to urge doctors love and dedication, encourage doctors to improve the professional quality of the measures and means to truly make our team doctors in public hospitals will be full of vigor and vitality.
