Objective:Through the three groups clinical data of patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH), comparing their clinical efficacy and mechanism of its role and impact of efficacy-related factors , ,in order to find the best non-surgical comprehensive treatment method of LDH .Method:The cases were collected entirely from the No.1 Hospital of Guiyang institute of traditional Chinese medicine and Shanghai Huashan Hospital. Methods: a of randomized, controlled clinical trial. According to inclusion criteria of cases to collect a total of 60 cases of clinically relevant cases, including a comprehensive group (intermediate frequency pulse plus injection of aescin group) with 20 patients and in the control group 1 (intermediate frequency pulse group) with 20 patients i and in the control group 2 (aescin group) with 20 cases. fThe above three groups were supplemented with bed rest, pelvic traction and back muscle exercise. To observe and record VAS and JOA score of pre-treatment and post-treatment by treatment of 10 days, the related Statistical analysis will be done accord to the collected data.Result : Through statistical analysis, the comparison between the comprehensive treatment group and two control groups had no significant difference, which may be related to the less number of cases of clinical observation. but the degree of the clinical symptoms by comparison had improve or alleviate, an integrated group was significantly superior in the two control groups. Results: 1) the three groups before treatment between the two groups VSA, JOA score was no significant difference (P> 0.05); 2) the three groups before and after treatment VSA, JOA score were significantly different (P <0.01); 3) three groups of treatment between the two groups after the VSA, JOA score was no significant difference (P> 0.05). Consider the three groups after treatment, VSA, JOA score was no significant difference in the clinical observation that the number of cases may be less relevant. Conclusion:Three kinds of treatment methods for treatment of lumbar disc herniation has a certain effect, but the clinical efficacy of an comprehensive approaches to treat lumbar disc herniation is best.
