5Objective: To explore the effect of different surgical treatment of lumbar disc herniation to guide clinicians to choose the appropriate surgical treatment of lumbar disc herniationwe are retrospectively analyzed, in accordance with the ODI (Oswestry disablibility index) score standard follow-up questionnaire, according the clinical effects,we are going on statistical analysis of different surgical treatment of lumbar disc herniation Methods: we are retrospectively analyzing the clinical data of patients of the lumbar disc herniation from 1994 to 2004,total 1181 cases ,divided into there groups , windowed routine posterior (A), semi-Laminectomy-type ((B group), total laminectomy type (C).Results: The excellent and good rate of windowed routine posterior, semi-Laminectomy-type , total laminectomy type were 83.33%,86.12%,78.38%, A comparing with B, p> 0.05, windowed routine posterior group and semi-Laminectomy-type group has no significant difference. B comparing with C, p> 0.05, semi-Laminectomy-type group and total laminectomy type group has no significant difference.C comparing with A, p> 0.05, windowed routine posterior group and total laminectomy type group has no significant difference. Conclusion: Date showing that the excellent and good rate of three methods were respectively a good rate 83.33%,86.12%,78.38%, This is similar to the results of the majority of scholars, the statistics there was no significant difference. Showing that the windowed routine posterior, semi-Laminectomy-type, total laminectomy type both have effect in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, Three surgical methods can achieve satisfactory results. They are still the safe and effective method to treat lumbar disc herniation. windowed routine posterior is relatively narrow if we consider the surgical indications, semi-Laminectomy-type , total laminectomy type are easy to operating comparing with windowed routine posterior if we Consider the difficulty Level. Overall , the excellent and good rate of the windowed routine posterior and semi-Laminectomy-type is better than total laminectomy type Conclusion: hree methods show a good overall rate of 83.33 percent, respectively, 86.12%, 78.38%, with domestic and foreign similar to the results of the majority of scholars, the statistics there was no significant difference...
