Hi-tech and hi-tech industry has become to be the most important or critical factor for economic growth. In 21 century, the country that processes the power of hi-tech industry will process the power of economic development and technology innovation. The hi-tech small and medium enterprises in hi-tech industry have become the most attractive and efficient part in every country's innovation system, the same is true in our country. Follow by a summary of current major financing channels and its characteristics for hi-tech SMEs of China.The forth part analyze the Industrial Park's institutional features of the financing Small and Medium relying on. From the successful experience of United States, Japan, Silicon Valley, Xinzhu Taiwan, Comparison of China's industrial park, refers to the current defects of our industrial park in solving the problem of financing for SMEs.The fifth part first presented the three major Science and Technology Park in currently杨浦district and its basic information in support of the financing of hi-tech SMEs. Then, based on the survey questionnaire and statistics analysis the situation of hi-tech SMEs financing needs, financing channels and its'utilization.Finally, in drawing on the U.S. Silicon Valley Hi-Tech Park, Xinzhu Taiwan and other foreign high-tech Park, gives the polices to perfect the financial system of our country's hi-tech SMEs.
