The Studies About Industrial Finance Development Of Chinese High-Tech Park

In recent years, as the strategy of science and technology are proposed by government, the high-tech park has developed rapidly under the guidance of the Government. The high-tech park is playing an increasingly important role, and has been become an important driving force for China's economic development. However, in comparison with foreign countries, our high-tech park is still under development, an important point is that high-tech park's financial development cannot meet the requirements of park.High-tech park is highly innovative, capital-intensive, technology-intensive and low success rate, which determines the financial needs of the park is high-risk, high-yield, high investment and long-term. So we need to combine these demand characteristics of the high-tech park and build an effective financial service system, which adapt to the development of the park.The starting point of this paper is a specific area, the high-tech park. The paper analyzes the problems and shows how to resolve by combining the financial needs of high-tech park.Through the study of the paper, on the one hand we have affirmed that the financial actives of the high-tech park have transferred supply point to needs point under the government's guidance in recent years; the other hand we reveals the financial development of the high-tech parks in China still have some problems, and the paper shows how to solve the problem.
