Also the author will analyze the industrial cluster with quantitative method, Taking the Shanghai Zhangjing Hi-Tech Parks' integrate circuit industrial cluster as an object, and based on the statistic & research results in existence, the author analyzes the development and effect of IC industrial cluster.In chapter one, the author makes a definition to industrial cluster and its effect in the thesis. In addition, the author introduces the analysis results of industrial cluster by domestics and overseas experts as a whole.In China, Hi-tech Park is developed by the state power. The development of Hi-tech Parks' industrial cluster has universality and particularity. In chapter two the author analyzes Hi-tech Parks' industrial cluster with three phases, corporation convergency phase, industrial chain formation phase and innovation cluster phase.In chapter three, describing the existing quantitative methods for the evaluation of industry gather dgree, the author brings forward Hi-tech Parks' industry gather degree index system and effect index system based on the principle of industrial cluster index setting.The Shanghai Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park was established as a national-level park designated for the development of high and new technology. Now, it has three industrial clusters, IC, Software and Bio-Tech & Pharmaceutical. As Shanghai has already become the first micro-electronics industry base in China, Zhangjing Hi-Tech Parks' IC industrial cluster receives attention.
