This paper discussed that how A company develop its competency and strategy. As an agent of software,it faced the challenge of more furious market competition. It's necessary to analyze its internal and external environment, use all resources to set up its local advantage.This paper is about the case of A company and the CAD industry.Firstly, we analyze the history and the potention of this industry,then use SWOT model to analyze its market environment.From the analysis we set up the following suggestion:1.TO analyze the market requirement,increase the internal force to increase better service to the customer,then improve the customers'satisfaction,and Set up long partner relationships with its customers.2.Integrate the internal resources,build up its corporation brand.Adjust its current product combination,focus its ability to enforce the sales of its products competition stratigy.3.Set up external partners'supports,such as original manufacturers'supports, cooperate with its customers and dealers,and even cooperate with its potential partlar.4.Set up advanced technology team, regarding technology research and developing ability as core competition force, and improving comprehensive quality to satisfy all customers.5. Cultivate the positive corporation culture, and improve healthy enterprise talent surrounding to proceed magnificent development, and create recyclable healthy atmosphere to increase core competition ability.Through above methods,A company could use all resources sufficiently,set up its advantage and increase its whole competency. All this methods samely are helpful to siminar corporation in computer- aimed design industry.
